This data protection page highlights the type of information we collect on this web page, as well as their use and protection. In this Statement, we also specify your data protection rights and the ways to contact us. This Statement only applies to this web page. It shall not apply to banners, advertising or promotions we may sponsor or be partners with on third-party pages.

Any personal data processing operation run via this page shall be accompanied by detailed and explicit information, allowing you to make the adequate choice, according to you legitimate rights and interest applicable in any specific case. 2.    The personal data and their uses (a)    What kind of data we collect and why? By “personal data”, we mean information we collect from you that allow for your personal identification. Usually, they may include your name, address, phone number (including cellphone numbers), credit card info, nickname, e-mail address, age, gender, marital status, as well as other information such as your shopping preferences and lifestyle details such as hobbies and interests. We guarantee that we shall not collect any kind of personal data while you’re visiting our page, unless you voluntarily, explicitly and unequivocally submit such information. Whenever you submit such personal data via this web page, we shall explicitly indicate what we intend to use such data for (processing purpose) and we shall require your consent for any such use. The usual purposes are: i.    Answers to your requests. Whenever you submit your personal data for asking a question or submitting a request (i.e. about the company, the supplied products or services, their quality or their availability), we shall use the data you’ve submitted for answering your question/request. In some cases, we may have to share, solely for this purpose, your data with third parties’ data operators to make sure you will promptly and correctly get the answer to your request/question. ii.    Initiating a promotion. We may use the personal data you’ve submitted in a promotion submission form for running the promotion according to the stated promotion rules. Such rules may involve, as the case may be: publishing the short version of the winners’ data, prize delivery, tax payment purposes, the potential participation of the winners’ to future advertising, etc. The promotion may be managed for us by third parties (authorised agents, also registered with the personal data protection monitoring authority) and they may have access to the data you are submitting (see authorised agents). Any such authorised agent shall be presented along with their identification data and the explicit and limiting operations they are restricted to. Any necessary transfer of your personal data shall be brought to your knowledge and explained in detail, and whenever it may be mandatory, we shall ask for your explicit consent to such operations. iii.    Contract/order performance. We might use the personal data you have submitted when placing an order for performing that order and we might have to share such data with third parties, such as the card payment supplier and the goods/prizes carrier. Such a personal data sharing shall only be performed in respect to your legitimate interests or for performing contractual obligations. iv.    Future direct marketing. When you explicitly choose to receive advertising/promotional materials, we will timely send to you info and/or offers regarding our products and/or services we deem of interest for you. If you agree to that, we may share your data or send them to other carefully selected Agricola partners that may wish to send you information and/or offers regarding their products and/or services, as specified when collecting your data. However, you may withdraw from this future contract at any moment (by choosing the “Unsubscribe” option). Such withdrawal/unsubscribing shall lead to ceasing any such transmission towards you. (b)    Processing duration Our intent is to be always in contact with our clients, as well as to maintain a close relationship with our potential consumers. Thus, our aim is to provide to you an interactive web page aimed to reward the visitors’ loyalty. In this respect, for keeping permanently in contact with you, we intend to process your data for the longest duration possible. We will request your permission for the processing duration we propose or provide alternatives better suited to your needs for any operation to be performed on your personal data. A cookie usually includes its own domain name, the cookie lifetime and a value, usually a randomly generated number. When you visit our web page we send you a cookie. as the case may be, the correction, updating, blocking or deletion of data that are not processed in compliance with the legal provisions, and especially of the incomplete or inexact data;
as the case may be, rendering the data not processed in compliance with the legal provisions anonymous;
notifying on any operation performed in respect of the above, in case such notification is not impossible or disproportionate in comparison to the legitimate interest that may be subject to infringement, the third parties such data may have been disclosed to.
