About the egg powder:The pasteurizedand powder-dried whole egg powder is made from 100% egg-yolks and egg-whites, without any preservatives and additives. A kilogram of egg powder is made from 90 eggs. The whole egg powder replaces the eggs in any recipe, at a ratio of 10 g of powder for 1 egg. For use, prepare a watery solution, 1 part egg powder and 1.3 parts drinking water. Mix to homogenize. Packaged in 25 kg paper sacks and bags.
Shelf life: at least 18 months.
