MEAT PROCESSING
The raw meat is processed by three companies that are part of Agricola Bacau group: the raw dry salami is produced according to traditional valuable methods at Salbac Dry Salami SA, the boiled and smoked meat products are prepared by Conagra SA and the heat treated ready-meal meat products, as well as the pre-cooked meat products are prepared by Europrod SA.
The modern meat processing lines meet the most exigent European standards and the process factors are automatically monitored.
The meat products provided by Agricola Bacau have a high nutrition value and are made of first quality raw materials submitted to minimal process levels.
