The meat is cut according to its anatomic shape in various options, while the logistic system provides the product delivery to the areas where they are packed, placed on pallets, batched and shipped. Furthermore, the integrated information system allows the process parameters to be monitored and the clients’ orders to be processed in real time. The process line and the product transport logistic system are interfaced to each client’s order and allow the products to be traced accordingly.
